Evidence & reports
What a session produces, how the timeline and transcript are read, and why there is no score.
4 min read
A finished session leaves a record: a timeline of observations, the media that was consented to, a transcript where audio was captured, and whatever notes the reviewers added. The session page shows them together, in time order.
What a session can produce
| Evidence | Requires |
|---|---|
| Screenshots and screen recordings | screen_recording consent |
| Audio and its transcript | microphone consent |
| Camera frames and clips | Camera consent, and organization policy allowing it |
| Side-view photo and video from a paired phone | companion_video consent |
| Timeline and diagnostic logs | A consent record for the session |
Every object is stored with its SHA-256 digest, so what a reviewer downloads can be verified byte for byte against what the agent uploaded. Access to evidence is written to the audit log — who opened what, and when.
How findings are worded
Observations are described, not judged. The product says a window lost focus, a second face was visible, the microphone went silent for four minutes. It does not say — and has no mechanism to say — that someone cheated.
Retention
Evidence is deleted when its retention window expires — permanently, not archived. The window is set per organization and can be shortened per session. See the Privacy page for the available windows.
