Trust you can see

Verification badges, explained

Every resource can earn a verification badge through an AI-assisted interview, across three trust tiers. A badge is an authenticity signal — not a skill score, and never a guaranteed hire.

Three trust tiers

Higher tiers mean stronger proof that the interview was genuinely the resource's own work — not a higher skill score.

AI-Screened

Standard assurance

How it works
A remote interview the resource completes on their own, run by our AI interviewer.
What the badge means
The conversation is structured and summarized by AI, then reviewed by our team before any badge is granted.
Best for
A fast first signal when you need verified breadth at scale.
Team-Supervised

High assurance

How it works
A live interview monitored in real time by our resource team, who add notes and context as it runs.
What the badge means
Supervision lowers the chance of a misrepresented session; the supervisor's inputs feed the human review.
Best for
When you want a closely observed session before shortlisting.
Kiosk-Verified

Highest assurance

How it works
An on-site session at a verification kiosk, with device and location attested and session integrity checked.
What the badge means
Identity and setting are confirmed before review — our strongest authenticity signal.
Best for
When the engagement demands the highest confidence in who you're hiring.

Before any interview a resource is Unverified — listed, but without a trust badge.

Three signals, kept separate

We never blur these into a single number — each answers a different question.

Skill Match Score

How well a resource's abilities fit your requirement. A measure of ability, not authenticity.

Verification Trust Level

Which badge tier the interview reached. A measure of authenticity, not skill.

Human Recommendation

A reviewer's reasoned conclusion. The final word always rests with a person.

AI assists. Humans decide.

AI helps structure and summarize the interview. Your verification badge is decided by a human reviewer based on the interview and its tier — never by AI alone. A badge is never a guarantee of hire.

Common questions

Does a badge mean the resource is guaranteed to be a good hire?

No. A badge confirms how the interview was verified — its authenticity — not that the resource is right for your project. Pair it with the skill-match and the human recommendation, and make your own decision.

Is a higher tier a higher skill level?

No. A higher tier is a stronger authenticity signal — better proof the session was genuine. Skill is measured separately by the Skill Match Score.

Can a resource upgrade their badge?

Yes. A resource can re-interview at a higher tier — for example moving from AI-Screened to Kiosk-Verified — to strengthen their badge.

Does the AI decide the badge?

Never. AI structures and summarizes the interview; a human reviewer decides the badge. A badge can't exceed the tier of the interview that was actually taken.
