Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Luminos Hire, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
The service
Luminos Hire runs interview verification for clients and talent across domains. Verification runs through AI-assisted, human-decided interviews, and every badge remains a human decision. Questions about a specific engagement are handled directly — reach out via Contact for that.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person or entity.
Verification and interviews
Interview sessions are recorded and evaluated as described in the Privacy Policy. Evaluation output assists a human reviewer; a badge is always a human decision, never assigned automatically.
Acceptable use
You won't misrepresent your identity, skills or experience, attempt to circumvent verification, or use the platform for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of what you submit — your résumé, profile content, interview answers. Using the platform grants us only the license needed to operate the service, including running your interview through the AI evaluation provider described in the Privacy Policy. The platform's own branding, design and software remain ours.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided as-is. Verification reflects what a session and its human review found; it isn't a guarantee of future performance. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including misrepresentation during verification.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India. The operating entity is [Legal entity pending registration].
The operating entity is not yet registered. This section will be updated with the registered entity name once incorporation completes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version posted here is the one in effect. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
